Arrecife received 18.3% more domestic tourism in 2023

According to Civitatis, the destination's rating among its users has also increased, with 90% giving it the highest rating.

The year 2023 has been a record year for domestic tourism in Arrecife, according to data from the tourist activity platform Civitatis, which recorded 18.3% more visitors than in 2022.

The highest peak in visits took place in July, followed by August, when many Spaniards enjoy their summer vacations.

The platform has not only noticed an increase in the number of people who traveled to Arrecife to take one of the tours it offers, but also the interest of tourists in this destination. The percentage of users who accessed the Arrecife section on its website increased by 28.1% compared to the previous year.

According to Civitatis statistics, not only have the figures for Arrecife increased, but satisfaction among those who have visited it has also improved. 90% of the ratings received in tourist activities carried out in Arrecife have been five stars out of five.

Finally, reviewing the data collected during 2023 from a demographic perspective, it is possible to see that the population group that visited Arrecife the most were couples (44.9%), followed by friends (21.5%).
