The capital of Lanzarote barely has apartments available for rent, but there are still about two hundred homes for sale, according to data from the real estate portal idealista.com.
Apartments for sale in Arrecife cost almost 10% more at the end of April than twelve months ago, but the trend has changed so far in 2025.
Since the beginning of 2025, apartment prices for sale have fallen in the capital, especially in the center, where they had risen the most in the last two years.
The square meter in the center of Arrecife has gone from costing 2,380 euros at the end of 2024 to being worth 2,188 at the end of April this year. The price has fallen in January, February, March and April.
In the whole of Arrecife, including all its neighborhoods, prices have fallen less, from 1,944 euros in December, a historical maximum in the capital of the island, to 1,906 in April 2025.
