Canary Islands Tenders Energy Rehabilitation Works for 60 Homes in Lanzarote

Interested companies may submit their bids through the Public Sector Platform until October 14, 2025.

The Department of Public Works, Housing, and Mobility of the Government of the Canary Islands, through the Canary Islands Housing Institute (ICAVI), headed by Antonio Ortega, has put out to tender the energy rehabilitation works of 60 protected homes located in the municipality of Tías, on the island of Lanzarote, with a base bidding budget of 1,214,083.30 euros.

These actions are part of the Canary Islands Government's strategy to modernize the public housing stock, with the aim of improving the energy efficiency of homes, optimizing energy use, and raising the quality of life for resident families. The works include improving thermal insulation, replacing carpentry, and updating energy installations, promoting more sustainable and comfortable buildings.

Interested companies may submit their bids independently through the Public Sector Platform until October 14, 2025, at 17:00 hours (Peninsular time).
