Pablo Pineda was the first person with Down syndrome to complete a university degree and is a reference in the field of diversity and socio-labor inclusion of people with disabilities.
Teacher, but also actor, he was awarded the Silver Shell for best actor at the San Sebastián International Film Festival in 2009 for his participation in the film 'Me Too'. On television, he has presented the La 2 TVE program Piensa en positivo and has shared the docu-show Donde comen dos with El Langui.
The II Tías Emplea Fair, organized by the Tías City Council together with the Lanzarote Tourism Federation (FTL) and Asolan with the collaboration of the Cabildo of Lanzarote,
will be held on April 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Varadero square. There will be talks, workshops and round tables, and it is expected that about 40 stands from different companies, associations and entities related to employment and economic activity in Lanzarote will participate.
