The airline Vueling has been the most punctual low-cost airline in the first six months of the year at Lanzarote airport, where it has achieved an average punctuality of 87.7%, according to the global aviation analysis consultancy Cirium.
Vueling is also the second most punctual in Tenerife North, with 90% of flights landing on time and in Las Palmas, with a rate of 86.5%.
According to the company, it is also the second most punctual 'low cost' in Europe and ranks sixth in the general ranking of European airlines between January and June 2023.
Cirium's punctuality reports for airlines and airports are the oldest analysis of its kind in the industry, which began in 2008. The analysis is based on real-time flight data, with an independent board of advisors.
