The representative on the island of Lanzarote of TUI España Turismo S.L.U., Neil Hayhoe, and the CEO of Calero Marinas, José Juan Calero, signed a 5-year agreement in July of this year as a result of the decision of the TUI Group to move its headquarters in Lanzarote to the capital's marina.
This is an implementation of 300 m2 of offices, in which TUI will operate all the central services of its tourist operations on the island, both of the parent company Tui España Turismo S.L.U., and of several of its subsidiaries, including the port services operator Intercruises.
The German company makes this decision due to the strategic location of the marina, in the heart of the city of Arrecife with good access and good parking, as well as its wide variety of services, both leisure, commerce and restaurants as well as sports.
In addition, the location of the marina next to the cruise dock greatly facilitates operations related to this segment.
From Calero Marinas, this agreement is celebrated, as it represents an alliance with a top-level international company, with which they share very important brand values such as closeness to the client, sustainability and respect for the environment, among many others.
Both companies state that a very important part of the agreement signed has been to make their best efforts to increase tourist influx to the capital of Lanzarote. The offices have been put into operation on the morning of last Monday, September 30.
