The president of the Lanzarote Chamber of Commerce, José Torres Fuentes, and the commercial director of Instalaciones Eléctricas Canarias, Juan Francisco Cabrera, have signed a collaboration agreement through which "they commit to work together to promote and disseminate electric mobility on the island of Lanzarote."
IE Canarias is a newly established company, in 2012, and is the first company in the Archipelago specialized in the installation of charging points for electric vehicles.
The company is committed to "green mobility" and responds to a need that is being created: "All car brands have electric vehicle models, but there are no infrastructures to power those vehicles," explains its commercial director, Juan Francisco Cabrera. IE Canarias specializes in the installation of these charging points and provides solutions to the different needs that may arise depending on the context and the place where you want to install that point.
The concept of a gas station is advancing towards other models such as electric or photo stations, where there will be charging points that will be able to charge vehicles in just 15 or 20 minutes.
