This winter there are four more flight frequencies with France from Lanzarote up to a total of 25 a week, according to the connectivity report for the winter season of Turismo Lanzarote.

Thus, the weekly capacity with the French country increases to 4,613 weekly air seats, while last winter it remained at 3,881 seats.

There is also a new destination from Lanzarote, offered by Volotea, which offers flights to Brittany, specifically to the city of Brest, on Saturdays.

Known in France as the city of the West, Brest is the second largest urban agglomeration in Brittany after Rennes, and has an immense castle and the second military port of the neighboring country.

The airline that has most increased the island's connectivity with France is Easyjet, which, despite reducing frequencies with Bordeaux from three to two, creates two new routes to Nantes and Nice this winter with two frequencies each.

Thus, the British company, which keeps its frequencies to Lyon and Paris intact, offers a total of 10 frequencies with the French country and becomes the airline with the most connections from Lanzarote to France.

Volotea, which until Easyjet's current overtaking, was the company that offered the most connections with France, has one more this winter than last year with the incorporation of Brest

Volotea also maintains the frequencies available last year with Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, and Toulouse.

On the other hand, Transavia maintains the same flights as last year to Nantes and Paris, Ryanair its weekly connection to Marseille, and Vueling its two weekly frequencies to Paris.
