The Government of the Canary Islands announces the granting of subsidies to finance actions that help improve energy efficiency and the incorporation of renewable energies in companies and residential homes. The call opens this Wednesday, January 16 and will have an allocation of 1,680,000 euros.
The Single Window for Renewable Energies of the Cabildo de Lanzarote informs companies interested in these subsidies to apply for the aid this Wednesday, January 16, which opens the call, since the priority in the score will be in strict order of registration. In the case of applications for the residential sector, the procedure will be different, so the presentation period is not so urgent.
The Government of the Canary Islands, through the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Consumption, has enabled its electronic headquarters so that companies can carry out online processing. Companies that do not yet have a Digital Certificate are reminded that the Lanzarote Chamber of Commerce issues this type of certificate quickly and safely. The percentage to be subsidized is 45% and the call will be open until February 15, 2019.
The grants aim to improve the energy rating of buildings by at least one letter on the emissions scale, compared to the initial energy rating of the building.
