Once again, the Institute of Foreign Trade organized the Spanish Wine Cellar fair, a showcase for the promotion of Spanish wines to professionals in the sector in the United States. The only Canary Island winery that was invited to this fair was Bodegas Rubicón.
The objective of this action, which took place on April 17 in New York, is for wineries to present their wines to importers, distributors, restaurateurs and other professionals in the world of wine, to introduce or expand their presence in the American market.
A total of 45 Spanish wineries from different denominations of origin were selected from among all the applicants for this year's edition, which included wineries of recognized national prestige such as Bodegas Arzuaga.
