The Ampate family business, located in the capital's Titerroy neighborhood, presented this Thursday at 8:30 p.m. the new gourmet line of catering for weddings, baptisms, communions, company or friends meetings. The company, which has eight workers, has a renovated menu of "great quality", according to its manager, Julián Andueza.
Ampate supplies this catering to the people who require it, "where they need it" and also the assembly of the banquet. Thus, it not only works in Lanzarote, but also moves for large events to Fuerteventura or La Graciosa.
The family business has been working since 1986 and now, in the midst of the crisis, is facing this renovation. "We believe it is necessary to put this quality catering and renew ourselves," the manager defended.
About 60 people attended the inauguration of this new line of Ampate products, including businessmen, representatives of the tourism sector and politicians. Among the guests were the deputy mayor, José Montelongo, the councilor José Antonio Gutiérrez, the president of Asolan, Susana Pérez, or the president of the Chamber of Commerce, José Torres. Attendees were able to enjoy the dishes and see the presentation of each of them, through a video.
In addition, the company's manager announced that he will also produce his wine from his own harvests.
