The Integrated Vocational Training Centers are defined as those that offer all training offers leading to obtaining degrees and Certificates of Professionalism. They are training spaces that should contribute to the development of the National System of Qualifications and Vocational Training, where the two vocational training subsystems converge: Initial Vocational Training and Vocational Training for Employment.
They are fundamentally characterized by being centers with excellent quality standards that allow the creation of training itineraries integrating the regulated training of the Intermediate and Higher Grade FP Cycles, dependent on the Educational Authority, with the Certificates of Professionalism, dependent on the Labor Authority.
Beatriz Salazar, director of the C.I.P.F.P Microsistemas?"It is the result of a project that we undertake with great responsibility and great enthusiasm, which culminates after two years of hard work and a continuous effort to improve the services we offer to the society of Lanzarote, companies and social agents. Our commitment is to bet on greater employability, developing training actions leading to both Vocational Training degrees and Certificates of Professionalism, as well as other training offers that respond to the demands of qualification and requalification of people throughout their lives and the productive environment. In addition, as an Integrated Vocational Training Center, we contribute to increasing links with companies, promoting innovation and development through collaboration projects with them and with social partners, with a permanent commitment to share the culture of quality and improvement in educational care and in learning outcomes."
The C.I.P.F.P Microsistemas takes another great qualitative leap in training, joining the Network of National Integrated Vocational Training Centers. Without a doubt, very good news for the society of Lanzarote.
