In 1990, the company Manuel Poyato Asesoría Laboral was founded, with a very clear objective: to create a different kind of consultancy to help companies navigate the complex world of labor. This story began with the hope of offering a close, honest, and committed service.
"The first years were intense, with a lot of work and learning. Each task, no matter how small, was done with dedication and care. The days were long, but very rewarding, because we knew we were building something solid. Little by little, we gained the trust of more clients, and each new project was a motivation to keep moving forward. Over time, we have grown both as a team and in experience," says its founder Manuel Poyato.
From the three workers who started this journey with Manuel Poyato, the company has grown to a staff of 10 professionals "passionate, each contributing their experience and energy," confirming that human capital is a basic priority for the firm.
Since the 90s, the world has made the definitive leap to digitalization, and companies have been incorporating new technologies and ways of working, proof of that dynamism that is reflected in what the company is today.

In addition to the Monday to Friday service, a coverage service has been implemented for weekends.
