The Japanese restaurant Sushi Bar Minato actively and enthusiastically participated with a "Japanese-Canarian" fusion proposal within the framework of the Traditional Festival Cuisine Saborea Lanzarote Wine Run 2013, which was held this past weekend in Uga. The proposal of this restaurant was very well received by the participants and visitors to the event.

For this special occasion, two tapas were designed. On the one hand, the "Chacho Maki", a maki prepared with smoked wreckfish loin, crispy sweet potato, rice, nori seaweed, sesame and Canarian mojo. As a second tapa, they made "The Marinated Seaweed Salad with Sweet Potato", wrapped with a sesame mayonnaise.

The Sushi Bar Minato Lanzarote team appreciates the good reception their creations had and are very satisfied to have met the expectations of the public, as well as their own. In addition, they believe that it will contribute to bringing their cuisine closer to the public of Lanzarote.

Sushi Bar Minato hopes to serve all its customers again at its Puerto Calero location, located on the first floor of the Varadero Building (928 94 41 90), so that they can continue enjoying the variety of its dishes. For this team, imagination and "good vibes" have no limits. For more information, see [www.sushibarminatolanzarote.com->http://www.sushibarminatolanzarote.com/].
