The four-hands menu ALARZ x KUOCO, held on February 6 and 7 at the Alarz restaurant, closed its two only dates with full capacity and a public response that confirms the interest in careful, honest, and personality-driven gastronomic experiences on the island.
For two nights, chefs Mikel Asiain (Alarz) and Rafa Bérgamo (Kuoco) shared a kitchen to shape an ephemeral journey where product, technique, and memory set the pace. A proposal designed to surprise without artifice, with dishes built from detail and balance, and with a common narrative thread: letting each ingredient speak for itself.
In this menu, the product acts as a common thread and dialogues with influences, travels, and gastronomic memories, giving rise to a cuisine of contrasts, nuances, and balance
The encounter was experienced as what it was: a real gastronomic dialogue between two cuisines with their own identity, capable of connecting with the diner through coherence, precision, and respect for the territory. The experience also reinforced the role of Alarz as a space that promotes collaborations and special formats to continue positioning Lanzarote's gastronomy from a contemporary perspective.
With this "four hands" event, Alarz continues its commitment to generating moments that add value to the local scene, bringing unique proposals to the public and consolidating the island as a destination where cuisine also becomes a reason to travel.
