The new State Housing Plan 2026-2030 will triple the investment up to 7,000 million euros through a co-financing formula that entails 60% by the State and 40% by the Autonomous Communities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, and Canarias will receive 371 million.

Andalucía leads the total allocation and the largest percentage increase with respect to the previous Housing Plan occurs in Murcia.

Specifically, with the new State Housing Plan, which is being addressed this Thursday with the autonomous communities in a sectoral conference, Andalusia will be allocated the largest amount of resources, 1,197 million euros (877 million more than in the 2022-2025 plan); to the Community of Madrid 1,113 million (815 million more) and to Catalonia 1,015 million (473 million more).

For its part, the Valencian Community will receive 798 million (558 million more); Galicia, 399 million (293 million more); Castilla y León, 378 million (277 million more); Canarias, 371 million (272 million more); Murcia, 308 million (258 million); Castilla-La Mancha, 280 million (205 million more); and Aragón, 266 million (195 million more).

For Asturias will go 231 million (175 million more than in the previous plan); for Extremadura, 210 million (154 million more), to Balearic Islands correspond 168 million (123 million more); to Cantabria, 133 million (98 million more) and to La Rioja, 119 million, (86 million more).

Attending to the percentages of increase, the largest corresponds to Murcia (606%) and the smallest to Cataluña (187%). In this sense, in the case of Cataluña, it was the only community that contributed more than 40% of its own resources in the previous call and this projection has been made by situating the autonomous contribution.
