The territorial call recognizes companies with the greatest impact in each autonomous community, with an economic endowment of 5,000 euros and access to high-level business growth programs in Cambridge or Silicon Valley. The six best business initiatives at the state level will also be awarded with 15,000 euros and support actions in the call for sectors: AgroFood (agri-food industry), Health (health), Senior (services for the elderly), Mobility (mobility solutions), PropTech (services for the real estate sector) and Impact (projects linked to the Sustainable Development Goals).
According to their field of activity, the participating Canary Island companies are distributed in the categories of Agrofood (7), Impact (4), Proptech (3), Senior (3) and the rest (11) corresponds to other sectors.
Next February the five finalist companies for the Emprendedor XXI Award in the Canary Islands will be announced and the award ceremony will take place within the framework of the DayOne Innovation Summit that will be held in March.
