"When I went to fill the cistern, previously emptied to clean the mountain of dirt that Inalsa gives us with the water, I observed when opening the stopcock that the meter makes a lot of noise and begins to count cubic meters at great speed. I thought that since it was night, the water was entering at very high pressure and that was the reason for the noise.
When I approached the cistern and did not hear the sound of water, I opened the lid and saw that instead of water under pressure, what was entering was air under pressure. I didn't receive a single drop of water and meanwhile the meter was running at full speed.
I have always had the stopcock open until now and I wonder, how many cubic meters will Inalsa have billed me for having only given me air? And not only to me, but to all the people of Lanzarote.
And go and claim the air charged as water, let's see how you prove it. Immediately afterwards, I called Inalsa breakdowns so that an operator could witness what was happening. He told me that his shift had already ended, that from 10 p.m. they are only there for water leaks. All this is already bordering on the absurd. It's outrageous".
