CICAR Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife added on Saturday afternoon a hard-fought victory against Balonmano Ikasa Boadilla, a triumph that places the Lanzarote team in the second position of the standings and now depending on itself to achieve promotion. Lanzarote and Madrid teams starred in a fairly even match and that the team led by David Betancort was maturing as the minutes passed.
The match started with an Ikasa Boadilla that generated a lot of danger on the right wing, with Neus Carrasquilla scoring several goals from that position. A loss of ball in the circulation was used by the Madrid team to increase the difference to two goals, with Laura de la Iglesia scoring to put the 5 to 3 on the scoreboard.

With the result of 25 to 27, the match came to an end, with CICAR Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife adding two points to ascend to the second position of the standings and take advantage of the defeat of Salma Adesal Córdoba against Lobas Global Atac Oviedo. The competition resumes on March 22, with San José Obrero receiving Agrinova Costa de Almería Roquetas in Titerroy.
