The move has been prepared in phases with the aim of not interfering with the company's daily internal activity. Thus, on Monday, May 26, the technical management, human resources and administration staff, as well as the management and the managing director, will join the new offices. According to the island company, when the proper functioning of the computer systems is ensured, the second phase of the transfer will continue, which will affect the rest of the departments.
Inalsa stresses that the change of the central administration will not affect subscribers. The Customer Service department will continue in the same offices at Calle Triana 38, although the medium-term objective is to centralize it in the new premises. "This step will not be taken until it is verified that customers are aware of the location of the new address where they can resolve their queries," the company says. Therefore, and for a period, yet to be determined, the public will be physically attended both in the current offices and in the new headquarters of the administrative center, located on the Arrecife-Puerto de Los Mármoles road Km 3.5 of Arrecife.
Inalsa also recalls that the physical transfer of the administrative headquarters does not affect the telephone numbers to contact the company, which remain as they were.
