Last weekend five Canadian 'influencers' visited Lanzarote and enjoyed the charms of the Island.
During their visit, the influencers got to know some local wineries first-hand and, through the Regulatory Council, those that could not be visited.
Los Bermejos, Vulcano, El Grifo, Vega de Yuco and La Geria received the group, presenting some of their wines, which
surprised each of them very pleasantly.
The expedition also included Las Montañas del Fuego and Los Jameos del Agua in its itinerary. There, in addition to enjoying the peculiar beauty of the Centers, they also tasted the local gastronomy. According to the CACT: "they were impressed and took away a magnificent memory of Lanzarote".
This visit has been a great opportunity for our Denomination of Origin to give Lanzarote Wines greater visibility in the Canadian market and to make our seal even better known internationally (Rafael Morales, president of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Vinos de Lanzarote).
