The Local Police of Arrecife arrested, on Saturday night, a man against whom there was a search, arrest and appearance warrant for a crime of gender violence.
According to reports from the Arrecife City Council, the man was wanted for an alleged crime of injury to a woman's fetus. In addition, the Consistory adds that the aggressor knew the victim.
The Local Police identified and arrested the man in a routine check, after verifying in the police database that there was an arrest warrant for him.
