The Insular Theater was the stage chosen last Friday by Olga Cerpa & Mestisay to present their latest album, 'Estación Lisboa'. At 9:00 p.m. the concert began with a round of applause for the soloist Olga Cerpa and the group of musicians that make up Mestisay. Precisely now that 36 years have passed since the integration of the Canarian singer into the musical group, 'Estación Lisboa' includes a total of 10 songs with their own creations ranging from Portuguese fado to boleros, passing through tenths dedicated to the Portuguese capital and intermingling some other ballad in the repertoire.

These songs were almost entirely performed by Olga Cerpa, a voice that knew how to conquer the numerous audience, who did not stop applauding each of her compositions. Without a doubt, the staging, very simple but very well cared for, and her know-how on stage mean that wherever she goes, they always speak very well of both the soloist and her musicians. Manuel González, the soul of the project when it comes to composing and taking care of the musical arrangements, addressed his partner Olga Cerpa in one part of the concert to thank her for reaching these 36 years, after joining when she was still a girl.

When it came time to conclude the concert, the public asked him to continue singing and the soloist and the musicians accepted the request and offered the public several encores. With airs of folías, Olga Cerpa & Mestisay brought the concert to an end. She, with great elegance, went down the central staircase of the stage and, walking through the entire central corridor while the public applauded her, greeted her until she reached the theater hall. There, she very kindly shared a few minutes with the attendees and signed the album for them. There is no doubt that the public left the theater with a very good taste in their mouths.
