The Armas Transmediterranea Group will connect Playa Blanca and Puerto del Rosario between May 6 and June 10, with the high-speed ferry "Villa de Agaete" that makes the journey in 55 minutes.
Armas is taking this measure to guarantee the connection of its clients between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura during the annual regulatory dry docking of the ferry "Volcán de Tindaya" that connects Playa Blanca and Corralejo daily and that will have to stop during the aforementioned period.
The company will offer three daily rotations with departures from Playa Blanca between Monday and Friday at 06:50 hours, 12:30 hours and 17:00 hours. The return times from Puerto del Rosario between Monday and Friday will be at 08:35 hours, 14:15 hours and 18:30 hours.
On weekends the ship will depart from Playa Blanca at 08:00 hours, 11:20 hours and 17:00 hours, while the return from Puerto de Rosario will be at 09:45 hours, 13:05 hours and 19:00 hours.
The fast ferry "Villa de Agaete" has capacity for 868 passengers and 220 vehicles and maintains a speed of 34 knots. It has accommodation in tourist class and Premium class both with terrace, bar-cafeteria, shop, free wi-fi service, children's area, adaptation for PRM and space for pets.
