Last week, Paía Restaurant opened its doors in Marina Lanzarote, a new and original restaurant concept, where in a casual yet elegant atmosphere, a true gastronomic experience is combined through a journey through the senses with dishes from different countries around the world at very reasonable prices.

PAÍA, is a cosmopolitan town in Hawaii with colorful houses, where the cultures and cuisines of many corners of the planet merge. Hence the inspiration of the sea on its walls and the colorfulness of the tables to set us in the design and details of this surprising restaurant with an immaculate open kitchen and a menu that will surprise you with new cuisine with dishes from many countries, where you can eat at a price between €20 and €30 per person.

The gastronomic concept of the restaurant, which will take us to savor the world from Lanzarote, has been developed by the young and prestigious Chef Borja Marrero from Gran Canaria, after having gone through the kitchens of the Hoffman school in Barcelona, the catering of El Bulli, Arzak in San Sebastián, Ramón Freixa in Madrid, Hedonia in Mexico and who currently directs Boanva catering.

Also in PAÍA is another young and promising Canary Islander, Carlos Mazorra, as Head Chef, after having completed the prestigious Master's degree from the Basque Culinary Center and recently arrived from the Hotel Sheraton del Salobre directed by Ángel Palacios. Together with the rest of the kitchen and dining room team, combining experience and youth with a lot of enthusiasm that will make eating in this new restaurant a gastronomic experience at prices for all audiences.

This new gastronomic reference in Lanzarote is located in the large Plaza de Naos, just as you enter Marina Lanzarote, the most sheltered from the wind, where concerts are held, and where the Kopas nightclub, the Lizarrán or the Capuccino are located, and where the Mercado La Pepa and the Chill Out Santai will soon open.
