Lanzarote Natural, at 'La Retro Expo' in El Muelle Shopping Center

The company Lanzarote Natural has been participating since June 18 in 'La Retro Expo' at the El Muelle Shopping Center in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where it wanted to recreate a piece of the island of Lanzarote and Tinajo. Peasant clothes, hats, rofe and volcanic stone welcome you to its stand, where visitors can learn about the products of this company from Lanzarote: from wines and vermouth to handmade jams and salt.

"I have always been in favor of not setting up the supermarket-type stand to sell, but rather to interpret the product, to put the potential buyer in your house, to touch the rofe, to know how we dress, how it is worked artisanally and heroically in La Geria, in Tinajo", explains Daniel Lasso, manager and owner of Lanzarote Natural, who has already participated in fairs in Holland, Madrid or Salamanca.

Thus, after being invited to participate in this exhibition in Gran Canaria, this company from Lanzarote decided to set up a stand where "you really see Lanzarote when you enter". "We made a small model to take Lanzarote and Tinajo so that the people of the Canary Islands, as I say with all my affection, can see us a little more", says Lasso. An idea that he says "is very popular" and that has left some anecdotes. And it is that, he says that a councilor from the City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria came to ask if the stand belonged to the Cabildo of Lanzarote. "People are very happy", he says.

In addition to traditional clothing and volcanic stones, old vines of almost 90 years old, wine barrels and a recreation of some salt flats have been added, where visitors can find Lanzarote Natural products on display. From the "virgin and wild" salt itself to the author's red wine 'T de Tinajo', white wine, sweet wines, red and white vermouths and its jams. "It is very popular and that is what it is about. Now that we are so lost

From Lanzarote Natural they affirm that "it is a joy" to be able to participate in 'La Retro Expo' of the El Muelle Shopping Center in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, to which they are grateful for having been invited, and encourage the residents of Gran Canaria and the residents of Lanzarote who travel to the island to visit their stand.

La Retro Expo' of the El Muelle Shopping Center in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will be open until July 18 and is an exhibition that seeks a return to the past, to the origins. In it, according to Daniel Lasso, are exhibited from "old telephones, the first laptop, typewriters and the first legos" to honeys, cochineal or products such as those made by Lanzarote Natural.
